Getting ready to welcome in the New Year, I just wanted to take a moment to share a few things and thank everyone for their continued support over the years. For New World Combat it has been a fantastic year. A beautiful wife, a beautiful child and the opportunity to continue to train so many good people.

The thing I have always been most proud of here at NWC has been the people. Somehow through whatever forces, we have managed to assemble some of the greatest, kindest and toughest people around. The faces have changed a bit over the years but the quality of these folks has always been special. Thank you all for the continued privilege of training and sharing with you.

Enjoy a few songs for different moods and a good quote to get those of you fighting soon focused. Oh ya, I slipped an old fight video in down there. It was definitely a memorable event that night. Both accomplished fighters and veterans of so many MMA promotions. Was a privilege having them there by my side for sure.
