As "Martial Artists", the very essence of what we do is to provide people with safety. Self Defense. A clean and safe training environment is part of that training. It is NOT yet the time to be doing: CQC, Grappling, Sparring or anything that puts our clients and the Community at an increased risk of danger. Please help our Community grow stronger and closer by playing your part in reducing the spread of this virus.

Per the NEW City ordinance that goes into effect Friday the 26th at 6pm, ALL Businesses and their customers will be required to wear masks. NWC has masks on site to provide for it's customers. You might also look into a comfortable bandana or the masks made specifically for athletic training.

There are many men and women that won't use a condom but you cannot argue the level of protection that they provide. There are still many people that refuse to wear a seatbelt and the consequences of not doing so are easily demonstrated. Wearing a mask and social distancing are minor inconveniences that can save lives. We can do this Texas. Let's show the other States how it's done.
